PMJAY-Ayushman Bharat

PMJAY has been launched by Hon. Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendrabhai Modi to provide health insurance coverage for Below Poverty Line (BPL) families. The objective of PMJAY is to provide protection to BPL households from financial liabilities arising out of health shocks that involve hospitalization. Beneficiaries under RSBY are entitled to hospitalization coverage up to Rs. 500,000/- for most of the diseases that require hospitalization. Government has even fixed the package rates for the hospitals for a large number of interventions. Pre-existing conditions are covered from day one and there is no age limit. Coverage extends to all members of the family which includes the head of household, spouse and all dependents.

Mukhyamantri Amrutam (MA) Yojana

A large number of households are pushed into poverty as a result of high costs of household spending on health care. The Below Poverty Line (BPL) population is especially vulnerable to the catastrophic health risks. To address this key vulnerability faced by the BPL population in the Gujarat, the State Government has launched a medical care scheme called Mukhyamantri Amrutum (MA) Yojana. The objective of the scheme is to improve access of BPL families to quality medical and surgical care for the treatment of identified diseases involving hospitalization, surgeries and therapies through an empanelled network of health care providers.

Mukhyamantri Amrutam Vatsalaya Yojana

it is the same health care scheme as described in above MA Yojana implemented by Govt. of Gujarat especially for middle class family for female of any age and her children up to age 18 yrs even not covering under BPL health scheme whose family annual income should be less than 1.20 lacs. The surgeries covered under "MA" and "Vatslya" Yojana are of ;

1. Neurosurgeries
2. Burns and Plastic Surgery
3. Poly Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery
4. Cancer (Malignancies) Surgery as well as Chemotherapy
5. Renal (Kidney) diseases include all Stone Surgeries and Dialysis
6. Neo-natal (newborn) and Pediatrics Surgery
7. General Medical Disorders which require hospitalization
8. General Surgeries
9. Joint Replacement Surgeries

AIMS IS THE ONLY RECOGNIZED HOSPITAL IN KUTCH FOR ALL THREE GOVERNMENT SCHEMES
