it is the same health care scheme as described in above MA Yojana implemented by Govt. of Gujarat especially for middle class family for female of any age and her children up to age 18 yrs even not covering under BPL health scheme whose family annual income should be less than 1.20 lacs. 3. Poly Trauma
4. Cancer (Malignancies)
5. Renal (Kidney)
6. Neo-natal (newborn) diseases
